Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite. Cheep to run. 10/10 Brought for our caravan as we often have non elc pitches. Batt charger works well on 110a batt from flat. Also powering batt charger from 240 socket in van with 2 x 110 amp batt. After putting £2.50 worth of unleaded at £1.19 she ran for 11 hours. Very quite and starts very easy. 10/10 Only wish she had a higher amp charger but then she would drink more fuel. Don't forget your oil as she has none when brought. You can get the oil from screwfix at the same time. Rating on reliability as 5 stars as I have not had problems yet. Also I have had a kopor gen and this was very loud for a silent gen so much that I sold.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely no supression I bought this generator for use in my Amateur Radio hobby. Last night was the first time I tried it. It is absolutely unusable for the reason I bought it, there is absolutely no RFI suppression built in. Should someone complain to OFCOM if you use this generator in their locality you could be ordered to cease its use under current law.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic value For the money, this small, lightweight generator is amazing. Used it yesterday for the first time (after setting up) for 2.5 hours charging my lithium batteries. Started first time and ran faultlessly. Quiet, small and efficient. Shame the oil isn't included as not everywhere sells 10w30. Would also have liked a USB charging point, but for the money this generator can't be beaten!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Noisy and unreliable I bought this generator just over 12 months ago and have used it a handful of times. First things first, it's not quiet by any means! 93db! Secondly a week after the 12month warranty expired it kept cutting out while connected to our caravan. No offer of an exchange or refund. Next time I'll invest in a Honda generator!

Will this power a 1200w SDS drill?

Asked by: PaulH129

What is the fuel consumption of this generator?

I'll be using the generator to recharge drill batteries. I am trying to make a decision between this generator and another which is 1kg heavier (with 0.54l/kkW/h)
Asked by: Bronwyn

Will this unit charge my 120AH leisure battery and can I use the 240v output at the same time as the 12v dc

Asked by: generatorcustomer
Using an appropriate charger plugged into the generator and then linked to battery this generator can charge lead-acid based leisure batteries. It is not possible to connect the battery directly or use the 12v AC output at the same time as the 240v.

The lights I use are low powered eco lights. Can I plug in an extension cable in to the generator to run two things at the same time. I am not very savi with this type of stuff.
