Rated 4 out of 5 by from Curiously similar experience Like the previous reviewer, I have had one of these on my wall for almost 20 years, and then this week it failed. Happily the same unit is still available, which made replacing it simplicity itself. All is now working again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After adjusting was fine Had to recalibrate by moving the dial on its spindel and use an accurate thermometer to get true temperature as it was heating the room to 3-4 degrees hotter than I set it. It's fine now I spent three days tweaking!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Led fault Bought this to replace the same unit but without led. Wanted to know when it was on. So replaced with this one but the led has only lasted 2 weeks and packed in, but heating still works thankfully

indicator light on permanently

wired same as my old one but no indicator light on previous honeywell model. Now light on all the time. Please help.
Asked by: ste67
If the wiring on the thermostat is reversed it is likely that the light will stay on all the time. The connections should be: 1. Live supply in 2. Neutral 3. Switch live out The light is fitted across terminals 3 and 2 and therefore if the Live in is connected to terminal 3 then the light will be on all the time. Please check the wiring.

Light not coming on

Hi. I've just wired this thermostat up. It works fine, ie the boiler cones on when the themostat hits the 'click' but the the little indicator light doesn't come on. Any ideas? Thanks.
Asked by: DIYJIM007
Operation of the neon is dependant upon a neutral connection to terminal 2 of the thermostat. The normal behavior for the indicator light is to be lit up when the heating is on and off when the heating is off. You are supposed to hear a click when you turn the dial, this indicates the room thermostat is changing the heating temperature. However, if you turn the dial up to a higher temperature and you hear a click but the light does not come on, this usually means that the timer/ programmer is switched off, or the heating is programed to be off. If the boiler fires up when heat is demanded there is no indication of a fault with the thermostat.

Minimum Working Temperature

I have this Thermostat, but it doesn't seem to click on unless I set the temperature at a minimum of 21 degrees, regardless of how cold the house is. It's always been the same since it was installed, so not sure if I need to reprogram?
Asked by: Lee83
The temperature range is 10 - 30 degrees C. It is not possible to recalibrate the thermostat.

is this volt free?

Asked by: Jorden
No, the T6360 is a line voltage thermostat which requires a neutral connection for correct operation.

Why does the LED indicator lamp not work?

I replaced an old Sunvic with this and very happy. Wiring was the same so nothing to mess up. It works great and looks good on the wall but the LED indicator doesn't work. I returned it and swapped for another one and it's the same thing. Any ideas?
Asked by: DIYerMaker
Operation of the LED is dependant upon having a neutral connection on terminal 2.
