Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as easy as expected I hoped to use there to make installing downlights easier, but there is no earth slot for the connecter downlight., so a hard push into the earth slot., extra length of earth and sleeving. So small junction boxes would have suited my job better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only use for transformer spurs Does what it says it does - good for connecting lighting transformers but a bit lightweight and fiddly for the mains lighting cable. No earth connector for the spur. Lid is a bit flimsy and did not close cleanly every time so did not actually save time compared to a standard junction box, although it does look smaller and neater. For anything but installing transformers I would use a standard junction box for not much more money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good value but fiddly Good value JB but found it a bit fiddly to work with. Would be better if you could snap out the cable ways rather than just having fixed openings, I only had two cables to join so the third opening is empty. Nice and compact and neat and tidy though so can't complain

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice idea let down by design A tiny box which is great. BUT a pain to get the stranded cable in. no cable strain relief ! hard to see the markings in low light Could be so good if they had taken some tips from hager.

Maximum current of the terminals

What is the maximum current rating for the terminals inside this box which are not shown. Is it : - Power Output (Watts/Kw) 8 W !!! 33mA?? If it is this is of very little use for most applications or is this supposed to be the power loss across the terminals/Kw through the terminals, which does not explain the maximum current through the terminals
