Rated 5 out of 5 by Stuck on you I had to use a mixture of welded and compression fitting and I had not used this brand before. It bonded the pipe work very quickly a lot quicker that the other brand I use so I am now swapping to Floplast 9 Jun 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by It's good! Does what it says! Bonds plastic very quickly. I bought this for my outside conduit, sets hard in seconds. Smells strong too! 4 Jun 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by mighty stuff I used this on some 32mm sink wastepipe fittings, it is a really good consistincy & comes with the applictor brush, once it sets it is solid, no way is that joint coming apart, only downside is its a bit expensive, maby a smaller tub could be more suited to some requirments 31 May 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stink but works well From the old days of using two stage plastic solvents to stick pipes this stuff is a life saver. MEK is a very dangerous chemical used to weld plastic pipe. This cement seems to have it all in one with a less potent mix. It works very well but it does take a long time to cure itself. Unlike the older methods which required you to work quick and provided you with a strong weld quickly this stuff is much more forgiving as it takes longer to set. Any movement in the joint though after it has been working for 10 min or so would cause a bad joint. This is the only downfall, it is not instantly bonding and remains soft for quite some time after you have made the connection joint. Yes it is very expensive for what it is so as for value it is a bit much. Once it has welded the joint after a few hours then it is done. It has done the job and now is permanently reliable for years to come. 14 May 2016

Answer:
We do not recommend the use of the solvent cement on a Saniflo system as it is designed for use with gravity fed waste systems only so has not been tested for any pressure ratings.
