Great idea but that is all agree with other reviews seemed near enough impossible to unpackage and there are near enough no instructions spent about mins to work out how to put blades in and in fact found out a quicker way to do it reading through other reviews.

I use both straight and hooked blades al the time so having a knife which could use both seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately this knife doesn't manage to pull it off.
The knife feels cheap, plasticy and poorly made, the retracting mechanism is stiff and changing the blades is a nightmare as getting them slotted into the "quick change" mechanism is very hit and miss.
All in all, this is one to avoid.

Total waste of cash! One side has seized up and now I cant get a blade in the other side. The storage space for the blades in the handle is just not big enough to get the spare blades in either!!
Rated 1 out of 5 rubbish fatmax knife
Sadly I only read the first page of reviews before purchasing . I was tempted by the half price deal - what a fool!!! no wonder they were half price. I bought 3. Now looking to send back for a refund. This is the most poorly designed knife I have come across . I agree with all the negative comments re trying to fit the baldes etc etc
