Rated 5 out of 5 by Power compound mitre saw First class piece of kit, a must have for any serious DIY or professional this unit is well built and engineering finish will give many years good use excellent product, 23 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Evo Rage 255mm Reviewed as I have - as I have used it a short while, easy to set up, easy to use, seems very good, but as I only had it a day ago, and not done much with it, hard to rate differently. Powerful, smooth, consistant, and not shy of work from what I have seen. A bit like me! LOL 19 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Evo Rage 3 for cutting metal Before I bought this saw I was very sceptical, so I did some research on YouTube. I use this for cutting metal only, mild & Galvanised steel. On 25mm electrical conduit pipe it is amazing, really quick and no heat. Most import of all is it gives a good square end to enable me to cut a thread easily. I use a Festool Kapex for woodwork, and it is very agricultural in comparison to that and I am not sure how robust, or what the longevity is going to be like. But it does exactly what I wanted it for. I would recommend this for a basic rough cutting saw, or for the occasional DIYer, but at a third of the price of a good quality saw it is good value, just do not expect too much! 16 Jul 2016

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. To ensure safe operation the saw should be mounted a minimum of 80cm (31.5") to give sufficient clearance.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. The Rage 3 refers to a 255mm saw, so both versions are the same machine but may come with different accessories in the box. Please check prior to purchasing.
