I brought these as I have lost my last set.
I have only used them once but was very pleased with the ease in which they cut through the plugs.
The countersink bit also cut through with ease
I did have to put a dab of glue on the plugs to ensure they stayed put
Overall very happy and at this price and the use I will give them ( occasional) they will last until I loose them again

I didn't find a problem with different sized countersinks and plugs, and at this price I don't expect them to perform well indefinitely but fine for occasional use.

I'd only been using the larger set, until today, and getting very good results. The plugs were smooth and tight.
However, this morning I used the smaller set and the plug cutter was chattering, even in the pillar drill, and the plugs were rough and undersize.
Inspecting the small cutter I found a burr on the inside from where the cutting edge had been ground. I removed this with a needle file (could have used a rolled tube of emery paper) and tried again.
This time the small plugs were also smooth and tight.
This may well explain the very mixed results reported by some users.
Another quick tip: If you want to sink an existing screw then remove the pilot drill from the countersink and reverse it, so the tail of the drill acts as a guide and doesn't chew the screw hole. If it's a bit loose then wind tape around until it's a snug fit in the hole. Great for hiding screws on garden furniture etc.
