Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much niceness I am really really over the fake moon landings with this drill, keep the production lines up to date with new technology and strive to be the best out there, thank you for your valuable time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the Job! As part of a DIY project I needed to remove a garden brick wall and concrete base. After looking into the hire cost of a small breaker this drill looked like a cheaper option. The drill is supplied in a plastic case and two styles of chisel bit. I also ordered an additional 40mm chisel bit, and using that had a single brick wall reduced to a pile of individual bricks with ease. As a DIY user I'm really pleased with it's performance, and ease of use being 240v. It was cheaper than hiring, and I've still got it for the next job. 5 stars without question.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent machine I am not a user of heavy duty drills very often so I was looking for something inexpensive but fit for purpose, I was not disappointed, this drill cut into granite, concrete with ease, comes with drills, chisel bits & carrying case. Excellent value, cannot comment on reliability as I have only had it a few weeks but very impressed.

would this be suitable to take up a small tarmac driveway.

Asked by: johnoni
Hello johnoni, In principle you could use this machine, however its not really designed for that purpose and would probably be very time consuming. You would probably be better off with something like product code 67819 the Hex Shank Breaker. Thank you for using Q & A.

Lubrication

I've read the instructions which state to lubricate the chisel before inserting it into the chuck, but as there is a key to gain access to the gearbox, surely this also needs to be lubricated. Please could you advise.
Asked by: PercyDIY
Hello Percy. Please see the following extract from the instructions: '...this machine requires no special mechanical maintenance such as greasing the bearings... repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician'. Hope that helps.
