Only wanted the SCR receiver but it was more expenses everywhere else on it's own so I purchased it with a set oif controls. I now have a new SCR and controls which were very eay to install and easy to use.

I bought this product to replace the +2RF which failed afte 5years. It was fitted in minutes and was very easy to programme. The price seems reasonable.

Replaces Worcester badged
I have a Worcester-Bosch boiler fitted with non programmable Digistat wireless unit which has been troublesome. Poor signal strength. It has an integral RF receiver/programmer which turns out to be compatible with the much better Digistat+3RF. You pair it up by setting the boiler integral controller to learn mode and put batteries in the stat. If you want continuous transmission to check signal strength (which is loads better), power up while holding the + button. Shame Screwfix don't sell the stat separately as you don't need the Drayton receiver supplied. Sell it.
As a programmable stat I think it's brilliant, very close temperature control at whichever of the six separate temps you programme in. Six separate temperatures for each of 7 separate days. The control panel can be locked to prevent accidental changing also by leaving the boiler switched to on I can control without going outside to the garage and over ride timer settings.
My CH used to be noisy as it switched on and off, the temperature varied and the pipes creaked. Not any more.
