It feels like the usual dewalt plastic and butyl casing (tough and grippy).
It has a long flexible flex.
It's quiet and does the job.
Rumour has it that you can overheat the Velcro pad and it looses its ability to hold the paper but I'm not sure if that's a feature of all Velcro.
For now I'm really happy with it, especially as it was on special when I bought it. I wouldn't have paid the extra otherwise for the name.

General weakness that has killed my last two sanders has been the Velcro failing to hold the sheets. The Hilti one didn't do a spare pad and the Titan cheapie wasn't worth repairing. Checked before that this one had readily available spares.
It's been great so far, light enough for some wall work but mostly used on the floor to clean an smooth boards.
Used with a professional vac so not had a chance to use the dust bag.

A good sander although the variable speed function is overkill on a sander this size. It has a surprisingly long power cord, which helps when sanding larger items and it doesn't complain when you apply a quite a bit of downwards pressure. Not too noisy and vibration is quite low too. My only gripe is the ridiculously small dust bag which, according to the user manual, works best if it doesn't exceed 1/3 full and on that basis you will be emptying it every couple of minutes. On a positive note - when I hooked the sander up to my vacuum dust extractor virtually no dust escaped.
