No, it does not. And don't try to use the Float Ball (76297) that Screwfix show on the same page as this valve. The threaded part of the Ball isn't long enough to allow the Ball to be screwed up tight enough to clamp the Ball at an angle to the bar. Hence the Ball wanders all over the bit and jams against the cistern wall. Stopping the valve from completely closing. I guess you could hacksaw a bit off the length of the stud on the arm. But it's a bit of a bodge and shouldn't be necessary.
