I wouldn't expect this to hold up to serious storm force winds, especially with a larger aerial on the top, but for what I used it for (28 element log periodic) it was just fine.

Don't waste your money on this rubbish. 25mm diameter is far too small. The aerial swayed around in the slightest breeze and the pole eventually bend in high wind.
Have researched, the required is 1.25" and preferably 1.5" - 2" for this length.
Had to do the job twice by buying better product (unfortunately not sold by Screwfix).

Very thin walled aluminium tube that flexes alarmingly with the slightest bit of wind. Lasted 2 weeks before the Autumn winds bent it to a horizontal position. Stupidly did not replace it, and the now shortened remains collapsed again last week. Totally not fit for purpose - unless you enjoy climbing up ladders repeatedly.
