Seems pointless heating a tank of hot water to wash your hands in the washroom?
Was sent a 'Flyer' from Scewfix in February 2014 and the price of this item seemed too good to miss!!
Fitted it myself which took a couple of hours... cold water feed and seperate stop cock taken from the sink itself, the feed was from a 3kw wall heater that was never used.
Works really well, good flow of hot water sufficient for the hands, also found if I filled the sink with hot water was good for a wash too!
The Pressure valve did fail in early July 2014, and it couldn't be turned off other than the shut off valve inline to the unit.
Screwfix were brilliant, took the unit back which took less than 5 minutes to remove, and a brand new one given in its place.
Was installed back in the washroom between making a cup of tea.. less tha 5 minutes.. and alls well again!
Perfect for what I wanted and intended, would recommend to anyone who wanted to cut down fuel costs and have instant hot water!

Have used these before. Very easy to fit and very reliable. Excellent product compared to some others I've used.
Output pipe needs to be monitored for a couple of days, to make sure it stays tight, after that I've had no problems.

It's only 3kw so you can't expect it to produce much hot flow - but it is ideal for workshops and toilets where a domestic hot water supply is impractical.
This is a very compact unit.
Others have commented on the connection olive - use a brass compression fitting to seal the olive on the supply pipe before fitting to the heater.
