Can these be used on York stone flags?
Looking at building a pergola onto some York stone flags and thinking of using these rail bolts with some fence post brackets,
I think the flags are about 25mm thick, the pergola will be about 2.2m tall and roughly 3m square, support posts will be 4"square.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Hi, concrete screws would be more suited to fixings to stone flags as they will cut a thread into the limited thickness of stone available. I would not recommend using the Rawlbolt. The Rawlplug LX bolts would be suitable.

Weight bearing load?
I want to use these to secure a fixing to my wall for suspension training. I'm 12 stone = 76kg. Will these hold?
Hi, this will depend on what your wall is made of. For solid clay bricks the safe working load is around 200kg per fixing.
