Rated 4 out of 5Â by Sparky1969 Good corrosion resistance
Not sure what the previous reviewers are talking about, but the description is 304 grade which is A2. If they want A4 then they need to look for 316.
That said, 304 is good for general corrosion resistance, but don't expect it not to tarnish outside (especially near the coast).
For true "marine" grade, find 316 or A4 stainless steel.

Good strong well made plates for the money.
This is A2 rather than A4. In case you don't know A4 is recommended for exposed marine applications as it has greater resistance to salt water etc. due to the addition of molybdenum. However A2 is actually stronger. On my ocean-going yacht I'd use A4 outside, but for light coastal or any inland application I would personally consider A2 fine. If unsure do more research.
