H and C Self-Closing Contemporary Non-Concussive Bathroom Basin Tap
Waste of money
I bought 4 of these taps for my restaurant toilets. The main idea being to save money on water bills. Three out of four would regularly stick 'on'. A couple of times I have have found a tap to be stuck on all night and through to the next day. (about 14hrs) I replaced all three sticking taps under the 2 year guarantee, but two out of three replacements were also sticking 'on' within just a few days. I give up! I'm going to replace them all with more expensive Grohe taps. A complete waste of money! ...and my water bill is higher!

Water saving objective
As part of one of my objectives to save water we decided to go for non concussive taps have upgraded to these and so far only 1 has devoloped a non closure fault of 4 - not sure if it is due to staff being heavy handed - however the taps have contributed greatly to water saving!

These taps are high quality at a low price. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

These taps feel like the business although spare parts would have saved the ones being replaced. Strangely there were no colour coded parts to tell hot from cold, not very helpful when installing in a public building, had to re-use old plastic collars.
