Okay quality, cheap box, cheap made and only lasted on one job. For the price I would have expected better

It is cheap. But it is not that good. I had to do some work on it to get a decent cut off it, so lots of sharpening, grinding and cleaning the rough edges. My overall advice: if you have the time, will to do somework on a brand new tool and have various files, slip stones and sand paper, you can get a decent cut off these. However, it will work cheaper to buy decent bits in the first place and save your time for work.

These Forstner bits are way too pointy to use on 15mm chipboard.
The bit cuts a hole fine but the point is several millimetres longer than it should be and therefore can pierce or cause a bump on the frontside of the door you are drilling into.
Luckily I tested them out on an old piece of 15mm Contiboard before trying using it on some expensive high gloss doors.
A Forstner bit should have a very small point just to help align the bit when you start drilling not one that is several millimetres long.
