Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality resin Good quality resin at a decent price. Make sure you buy some extra nozzles as it sets fast and these are not reusable after each use. Best way is to get the areas fully prepared first and do it all in one quick hit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shamazing Best chem resin out there !! Used to fill mortar gaps. Was amazed how fast it dried and how strong the bond is :) way better than cement and sand by hand !!! Tube in the gun and your away :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does a job Used to secure fixing in old brick wall. Did the job but only used 1/3rd of tube. No way to save the rest for another job so threw away 2/3rds of tube. Would give 5 stars if it cam with spare mixer tube and cap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product! Had a curtain rail to put up - the middle bracket was a nightmare because the plasterboard had been over-drilled. My sds drill made a good job of getting holes in the lintel but the rawlplugds still wouldn't bite - this product came to the rescue. Easy to squirt in and after an hour it was rock hard. I used goggles and gloves but actually not messy to use. The only issue is how to get new nozzles for the next time I need to use it.

Will this cure in oak?

Will this cure in oak, I am wanting to set a m10 threaded bar into an oak mantel. Will this product suffice?
Asked by: PashD
Thanks for your enquiry, polyester has not been tested in timber so I would not use it. The only ones that have been tested in very well seasoned timber are FIS V injection resin and FIS EM. These would be preferable but they must not be used in green oak. You may also need to use an A4 stainless threaded rod to prevent corrosion. regards Technical.

Can I use this to fix a stone slab in place on a top step which has come loose?

Asked by: TornadoTrev
Thanks for your enquiry, FIP 300 SF is designed to bond threaded rod in to Brickwork, There is no technical data to support its use in the manner your describe. All I can suggest is that you try it out on a test area first to satisfy yourself that it is suitable. Regards Technical.

Asked by: amii
FIP 300 SF is not a crack repair product. It is to be used with the substrate above 5°C and preferably in a dry area.

plastic wall plug

can you use standard wall plug with this? and can you put the screw in after it sets.
Asked by: amii
This method is unorthodox but I do not see why it should not work. I don't think you will be able to put the screw in whilst it is still wet, it will spin. Make sure the drill hole is 2mm bigger than the Ø of the plug. Regards Technical

plastic wall plug

can you use this with a plastic wall plug, so to put the resin in the hole and put a wall plug in there and let it set or do you have to put the screw in before it sets.
