Fischer FIP 300SF Polyester Styrene-Free Resin 300ml
Rock hard, quick time
Excellent product, works well and quick no need for extra kit as works with standard sealant gun.

This was my first time using resin fixing and I was surprised how easy and efficient this was. Be aware, however, that the nozzle can only be used once. If you have resin left for a job on another occasion you will need to purchase a spare nozzle.

Great but one time use only!
I used this to set 4 Fischer Resin Studs BZP 8 x 110mm Pack of 10 Code: 97036 for a
TV Wall Mount bracket holding a 55" TV through plasterboard in to block work.
left for a couple of hours and there's now more chance of the wall coming down than the TV.
I found it impossible to clean out the nozzle even though I attempted this immediately, so if
you're not using the whole tube, you'll definitely need spare nozzles but they're really expensive
@ £10.79 for 10 Code = 88018. I only have half a tube left so could really just do with 1 more nozzle :-(

Fischer Resin fixing
Used resin for the first time as a fixing, read reviews and the Fischer product sounded like what I needed, it was! Main benefit is the 300ml cartridge size fits a standard type mastic gun, other types are 380ml and need a specialist gun which is £30.00. Used along with Fischer Resin Studs BZP 8 x 110mm Pack of 10, Product Code: 97036, to fix radiator to brick wall which would not take rawlbolt type fixings as it was too soft/powdery, this resin worked perfectly. Drill holes, clean out dust ( I used a hoover) fill with resin, insert studs, let it cure for specified time it tells you on the cartride for whatever tempreature you are working in.
