Fischer FSA Sleeve Anchors 10 x 95mm M10 Pack of 20
Ok, but I have to admit I struggled with these. The problem is that the tapered flange relies purely on friction to stop it spinning when tightening the bolt. Not good if you are trying to secure into blockwork

I needed to secure a large number of brackets to a walled area for seating and these seam to be of good quality.

They didn't work for me.
I bought these as they were German made and fully expected them to do the job. I used a new drill of the correct diameter , vacuumed out the dust , but couldn't get them to tighten up. The box has impressive looking technical information , including instructions to tighten to 25nm. Using a torque wrench , I couldn't even get the head to stop turning. I think the problem is that the thimble that expands the sleeve gets to a point where it slips and keeps on turning with the bolt. I gave up and went for rawlbolts instead. They have a mechanism to prevent the thimble turning with the thread and locked solid.

Thread kept stripping
These fixings were useless. I was using these to hang a metal gate on a brick pillar. When you tighten them the thread strips on the internal part, and then it is impossible to remove them.
