Purchased to aid with fixing of floor joists and noggins for my suspended timber floors and ceilings. Great product that expands to fill any gaps should cut not be 100% or timber slightly twisted. Dries hard and cut be sanded/cut back if it spills out where not needed, takes 5-10mins to set hard really pleased with product, will be using again.

This glue is very easy to use waterproof and sets quite quickly, so ideal for exterior wood.
Its gap filling and expanding properties make the joint firm without the need
for clamps. Much better than PVA

I was introduced to a PU wood glue by accident on having been given another brand to glue together a broken chair. I had no clue what a PU glue is and my first lesson what rather messy (with some clothes now having joined the working robe department). It was a mess but I really liked the way it expanded on contact with moisture. Before I had even given back the "guest" glue I've ordered myself a tub of this Evo-Stick PU glue. I did not have to wait long before I had to make some chunky tables and chairs. Cutting the long story short, I made a mistake with measuring up the wood and got it glued. One joint I did manage to separate but it essentially ripped the wood fibres apart (so wood failure, not glue) and another joint had to be sawn apart as no matter how much I jumped on it nothing gave the way. Because this glue expands it pushes itself into wood via micropores and formers a really deep bond. This glue doesn't cure into a brittle substance, it remains rubbery and easily handles micro-flexing, so there is simply NO chance of breaking it - you will either see the wood failure or if it is too string then you will have to cut it apart (should you need to separate those pieces). My new favourite glue for wood!

A wood glue, made from polyurethane by a company called Evo-Stik..... Good Stuff.
Ive also used this on many other materials with excellent results. Ive just used it to repair a loose bottom newel post by drilling through the newel and pumping the adhesive through the hole to fill the joint between newel, treads and risers. Went in easily, expanded into all the gaps and set hard. Keep one in...its good stuff.
