Did you know, you can manage all of the below yourself? Simply click on the ‘More’ section on the app where you will find your ‘Account Details & Preferences’ or online click on ‘Your Account’ at the top of the homepage and sign in:

  • Print your invoices.
  • Update your personal details & marketing preferences.
  • View your order history.

The quickest way to shop with us is using our Click & Collect service, simply order on the app or online. For quicker collection, check-in on the app when you arrive at the store and we’ll get your order ready. You can also use the in-store check-in screens or speak with one of our colleagues who can help.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

The fastest way to return your product for a refund or exchange is by visiting one of our stores.
