What a radiator!
It's tall, black and it warms a room. What more could you want? First radiator I've ever bought but I'll be back for more.

Small and Stylish
This radiator may be small only 300mm wide but it puts out an impressive amount of heat. i have it at the bottom of my stairs and its enough to keep both the down and the up stairs toasty
looks good as well

Good quality and design
I bought this radiator to save wall space.
1. Well packaged and delivered on time without any damage.
2. Very good quality
3. Heavy but it's easy to fit.
4. Heats up well
5. Value? I think it's somewhat dear

Rad not getting hot / patchy heat?
I fitted this rad at home some time ago and it’s never worked particularly well. It’s fed using a bi- directional central valve. When using the central connections is there a particular side the flow has to come from?
Asked by: Tommy678
hi there, please try draining the radiator and trickle filling it, this will clear any trapped air in the radiator, if this does not work then please contact our customer service team and they will be able to help with the next steps, thanks Ximax

Rad Valve
Hi I fitted one of these a few years back and it requires a special valve. Is this the case with this rad and is the valve included.
Asked by: BJJJ
hi there, the valves are not included, this can either have a standard valve or central valve which you can buy on most websites - thanks Ximax

Does one have to use a Ximax valve for this radiator....if not, can 2 separate corner angled thermostatic valves be used?
Asked by: DWnel
hi there, any 15mm standard valve would suit - thanks Ximax

Water connections.
Hi. Can you confirm where the water connections are on this radiator, bottom opposite ends or centre. The picture suggests centre but the text appears to suggest BOE.
Many thanks
Asked by: AdeU
hi there, they can be both - thanks Ximax
