Do you stock the bulbs that are suitablefor this dimmer switch, it is not suitable for LED bulbs

Could I use this to reduce the temperature of a slow cooker?

Modern slow cookers run at far too high a heat. I need a way to reduce the temperature slightly.

Could it run a 30 watt load?

I wish to use a dimmer for a temperature control on a soldiering iron but its only 30 watt. Would this still work for a none lighting situation? If not what would happen if I tried to use a 30 watt device? Would power still get through?
