Compare Leo meg and leo sim
What's the difference between these two models of electric towel rails ... It's not obvious from the spec!

Hi. The SIM is a fixed temperature element which operates at 65 degrees internal temp. The MEG element is a thermostatic element where you can choose the temperature between 30 and 60 degrees and it also features a 2 hour drying function.

Why has this towel warmer only got a 2 year warrantee when the b& q identical one gives 5 years ? Is it a missprint

Hi. The guarantee on the towel rail itself is 5 years and the guarantee on the heating element is 2 years. So both are correct for different reasons.

Can this towel rail be used with a Kudox Towel rail controller?

This is a fixed temperature element so in answer to your question - yes - this can be used with an external temperature controller. These external devices use power to control the temp - so a series of on and off signals to the element allow it to reduce the temperature given by the element.
