LuxFold loft ladder with generous proportions for comfortable access without taking up loft storage space. Extra-thick 87mm insulated white trapdoor delivers excellent draught exclusion and a U-value of 0.59 W/m²K for high thermal efficiency. Easy-to-use door closer and integrated secure double-lock system provide smooth, fingertip operation and a firm, sealed close. Supplied fully assembled in a deep solid spruce frame with slip-resistant angled feet, handrail and hexagonal operating pole. Space-saving design requires no headroom or storage space in the loft. Installation should be carried out by a competent installer.
