Rated 1 out of 5 by from RUBISH These does not have IR as advertised, if you want colour night vision you have to have really bright light outside otherwise you only get a darks screen. The spot lights built in are useless and disturbs the neighbours having them on all nigh. Going back for a refund. During the day the image is good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wide Angle Cameras Bought this to upgrade from my 720P. as it was on offer Unfortunately the cameras are wide angle, not listed in the spec, so the image quality is not as good as it would have been if not wide angle. It is backward compatible, IE you can use your 720P cameras with this if you have them. Only 2 stars for reliability as not used

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but think about use I have the 4680 8 channel but with the 1TB hard drive which I recommend if you are going on permanent recording rather than on activation. The free App works okay with IOS and my W10 pc. Remote viewing takes a few seconds to download but once done playback is reasonably okay. On playback you don't get such clarity as with direct access to the control unit. Support is very good even in Covid times Like most things in life you get what you pay for, if you really want or need super quality then 4K is the only way to go. You can buy some quality heavy duty cable for longer lengths on the web if the supplied length isn't sufficient, you could serially extend by putting two together and if needs put a power source nearer the camera on very long runs. Overall Swann is a good package

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Seems no better than my 720p it’s replaced, unable to access cameras via phone unless you take out a paid contract, this was possible on my 5 year old Swan system for free. although it says no need to be connected to a router, we couldn’t find a way of installing it without an update. If I known I couldn’t view on my phone without a paying a ridiculous amount of money per month, I would not of bought this product
