Will this panel charge an LED light fitting and if so which fitting? thanks!

Our solar panels are designed for use with Swann cameras and trickle charge. Rather than keep the camera fully charged in most cases they will extend the battery life instead. I can't comment on LED light fittings I'm afraid.

Will this fit any camera? What attachment is the other side of the USB?

the Camera side uses a Micro USB cable. The Solar Panel side uses a screw in water tight connection.
