What size (in mm) are the heads on these screws please?

How much of this screw is unthreaded

Screw-Tite® thread length upto 25mm fully threaded, over 25mm 60% of total length of screw. But to answer the question the 4 x 50mm thread length is 28.50 to 31.50mm

how long is the threaded section in relation to the full 120mm length ? I am looking for at least 70mm of thread ..will this work ?

A 6mmx120mm Screw-Tite has a 60mm Tri-Lock TS thread. Hope that helps

Are these hardened steel & corrosion resistant?

The Screw-Tite screws have been hardened in a way that gives a perfect balance of ductility & strength. Like all Zinc & Yellow screws they do possess a certain amount of proctection but if you want the extra corrosion resistant you could look at the Timber-Tite, Deck-Tite screws in Net-Coat Green which give a superior protection. Or if you are working within a marine type environment you can use the Deck-Tite Plus (316 Stainless steel) screws for ultimate corrosion resistant.
