Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good LED light replacement I bought this to replace an existing under cupboard strip light - preferring LED if I could find it. This has two colour settings - cool or warm light. Only drawback I found was the that the brackets are rather flimsy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive & Compact Light. Installed 2 of these under kitchen wall units, They are compact enough to be fully hidden behind the pelmet. I like the switch to set the Colour temperature from warm to cool or off. I prefer the warm white colour as gives a bright cosy glow. If you want to connect 2 in a row you can also order the 500mm link cable to make installation more straightforward. Rated 3 stars for reliability as only just installed them.

Is the ‘link’ cable available through Screwfix?

I intend on fitting 4 lamps - x2 each side of the cooker and would need the small 50mm link cable but I am unable to find it in the catalogue.

If attached to a 3-pin plug, what ampage fuse is needed?

Switch

On the item beside the switch it says do not switch when power is on! I know this switch is for selecting 2 different colours and off. Can anyone confirm it’s ok to use this switch as the main on/off switch?

Hi mecha33, This is OK to use as an “on-off” switch. We do not recommend pushing the switch across from one side to the other in one movement to change the colour.
