Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Light I bought these to replace some Triangular Cabinet Downlighters from Screwfix which were so poor that I removed and returned them. This light and the similar lights with a different length were excellent. Good white light and easy to fit with a choice of fixing brackets. As they have a selector switch, choosing the shade of white light was easy and reliable. As I’ve only just installed them I can’t rate them for reliability but they seem fine so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I bought 2 of these units to replace a pair of bathroom kitchen bulbs that kept blowing. My only comment is that the plug that fits in the end for power could do with being a bit slimmer or a right angle fit . Only a problem if you need the end tight against a unit for example. The 2 switch settings give you a bright or warm effect which is quite handy

Does this light come with a link cable, or just a mains connecting cable?

Can the live cable be shortened as very long from enclosure to light ?

The instructions say: "In order to link more than one fitting please use link connector/cable provided." I've just bought one of these and fitted it. I'm pleased with it but it only came with one cable to connect it to mains..

Should it have been supplied with an additional cable to connect to a second unit?

Do these lights preserve your last colour temperature setting?

I plan to install these lights and wondered whether the last colour temperature setting is preserved or whether they default back to whatever the factory setting is? They will be connected In series and switched remotely, ie: wall switch. Any ideas?
