What size drill bit do i use to fit these?

How far can the bolts be out the sleeve while still being secure?

My shelf brackets where the bolt will go through are raised so I need 15mm of clearance. Will these suffice or should I go for the longer ones?

Insulated plasterboard

Can these be used on insulated plasterboard? With or without tool?

I've used these without problems on insulated plasterboard (Kingspan 12mm plasterboard with 35mm insulation backing). I used the rawlplug setting tool.

I have a tiled wall i,e tile on plasterboard and want to attach a grab rail..

I understand i need a 10mm hole in the plasterboard but what size hole is needed in the tile to allow the anchor to sit directly on the plasterboard ?
