No. The higher the power (technically current) the larger the conductor size needs to be. Look up "twin and earth cable current ratings", and you should find information on what current you will need. It will also take into account how it is installed, e.g. a wire in air will take more current than an insulated wire next to another wire and in a conduit.
You would need to know how much current your oven requires, but generally 6mm^2 wire would be used for an oven. This type of wire is never going to be suitable for any electric oven, it's *far* too thin.
