Rated 5 out of 5 by from Level footing Mix half at a time, Improvised wire paddle on electric drill worked well, Used an acrylic water based primer. After 24 hours solid and well adhered even on wafer thin sections.Simple to use with basic equipment. I spread it with a wire grass rake and used batons and builders foam to limit the area to about 4 m2 at a time.

Is this suitable for a double garage, previously painted floor? If so, how much would I need for 25 sq metres?

Asked by: CotswoldOutdoors
Hello CotswoldOutdoors, The coverage of this product is approximately 1.7kg/m² per 1mm of thickness, therefore for a 25m² floor you would require 42.5Kg of this product at 1mm thick which would require approximately 4 tubs. If you wish to apply the product on thicker then the amount required would correlate accordingly. Thank you for using Q&A. (LM).

I have a roughish concrete floor (6sqm). Should i try to estimate how much product to buy to finish it in one coat or should i go for 5mm coverage and put a second coat on if needed?

On a concrete base (with some residue of tile grout), what primer should i use?
Asked by: tuffers134
Hello tuffers134, Each tub covers 8.8 meters squared so we would advise you work out how much you would need to cover your floor twice Thank you for using Q&A

Do plywood (not marine) floors need to be primed before using No Nonsense levelling compound? If yes, what primer is recommended?

Asked by: Ahw11
Hello. It is not recommended that this product be used on plywood unless it is Class 3 marine ply, and even then a neat coat of SBR be used. Hope that helps. Thank you for using Q&A. MH

Coverage Area of Levelling Compound

It would be useful to have included in the information how many sq m of floor coverage does a 7.5kG bag provide for an average thickness of 5mm and 10mm, so the customer can estimate how many packets are required.
Asked by: JJ66
Hello JJ66, The manufacturer advises that you will require approximately 1.7kg/m² per 1mm thickness. On that basis, at 5mm thick 7.5KG will cover 0.9m² and at 10mm thick 7.5KG will cover 0.45m² Thanks for using Q&A, KC
