Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money! It was very powdery when it came out of the tube so I was doubtful about and I was right as it never set? Don’t waste your money. Be careful of every screwfix review as they are set to highest review first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not dark grey, it's grey. Not the most economically way but convenient. I bought because I've removed some security lights and had to match perfectly the mortar on the front of the house. This is grey not dark grey, too dark for me but I mixed with the grey variant and this got me a perfect colour match, it's a tad gritty, so doesn't smooth out but overall it's not bad at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and easy to use Only had a small mortar repair to do and this tube was just the perfect size with no wastage. Follow the instructions and it works perfectly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Bought two of these to repair some small cracks and gaps in joints between bricks, wasted half of the product on the floor as it simply doesn't stick anywhere unless you work on a horizontal surface or push it through with fingers. Finished aspect is very grainy and poor even after smoothing with a wet sponge. Flow from tube is apalling, needs a lot of force even using a good pistol. Have used other similar products before with very good results, this one is almost useless. Not recommended

How dark is it?

The title says dark grey. But that's a bit non-specifc. How dark is it say on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is almost white and 10 is black? Cheers, Robin
Asked by: MartinClan2
Hello MartinClan2, The problem is that shade can vary dependent on the colours around it. Surround it with lighter colours and it'll seem darker. Put it near darker colours and it'll seem lighter. Based on your scale this would be about a 7 but it will depend on the colours around it. Thank you for using Q&A
