Rated 3 out of 5 by from 20mm Porcelain warning Bought this as it was the only 200mm blade on screwfix specifically listed for porcelain. I have 600x600 x 20mm thick porcelain tiles. I have a solid bridge cutter with water cooling. Initially the blade was great, pretty slow going but I expected that with porcelain. After about 10 cuts it started to slow down, Ive now done about 20 cuts and it now un-useable - literally 40 mins per cut. There is still plenty of width/thickness on the blade, but it doesnt seem to be self sharpening like it claims so the diamonds are shielded by the steel and not effective. On the + side ive also been cutting natural stone and it flies through that, bit I wouldnt recommend this for porcelain unless you only have a few to do, or dont mind buying a few blades.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MARCRIST CK650SF DIAMOND TILE Cut three tiles and it chipped and cracked all three. Put old disc back in and cracked one in ten. Cant recommend this on my stats. The old disc came with tile cutter so was un branded. Expensive some times not the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Right tool for the job I got this blade to cut porcelain tiles, using 1200 x 200 tiles, for a small job at home & used it fitted to my Evolution Miter Saw (item 2965V), works well. Does slightly chip the edges but those cuts were for the ends to be finished off with sealant so not an issue. Perhaps not the best tool for the job but I was finding the edges of the were chipping using a tile cutter & I do not really have the need (or space) for a wet tile cutter. I found cutting a few passes on the finished surface was best. I only did a dozen or so cuts but the blade barely looks to have been used so I imagine it will last a while. Best used outdoors - a very dusty job!

What is the max/min speed (rpm) of the blade?

Asked by: Howardo

Does it come with a reducing ring from 25.4 to 22.2mm

Asked by: Faszero
Unfortunately it doesn’t come with reducing rings just the 25.4mm bore hole on the blade.

Is this blade suitable for cutting ceramic & porcelain tiles on wet cutter?

Asked by: Citylad

Will this blade cut 20mm thick Porcelain (Bradstone) Patio tiles?

Asked by: fraser146
It will cut this but may not be very neat and has a tendency to wander. You would have to take it very slowly and with plenty of coolant.
