Bought to replace
Bought it to replace an old Manrose fan and choose the "non-timer" as I don't want the fan running every time I walked into the bathroom. I simply flick of the (old) timer switch for baths and showers to reduce power needs.

Manrose XF100S Extractor Fan
Replacing an extractor fan which was 22 years old was no problem as the holes were the still the same even though the product had changed in some ways although the same XF number.

EXCELLENT FAN
Bought this to replace Manrose fan approximately 30 years old.
Same screw holes could be used, so this was up and running within 10 minutes.
Very quiet and shifts steam from shower instantly.
I expect this fan to last a long time as well.

Great value product
It was something we needed quite quickly and so opted for this as the price was just right!
Just a Philips screwdriver to fix the unit in place and secure the cover and a small flat blade screwdriver to connect the wires. Simple, easy to follow instructions and 10 minutes later we up and running again. Quiet in operation and effective. Clean simple design and exterior easy to dust / wipe clean. What's not to like. As for longevity, we'll see, but at this price who can complain!
