Which input lead?
The rear of the socket has one access point yet there are 3 outputs on the front of the socket, I have an aerial & satellite lead, which one do I connect?

Hello Holty2,
There should be a single co-axial cable that comes from your loft box or duplexer. that goes into the back of this module which then splits the signal into the three outputs.
Thank you for using Q&A (CW)

I have the 48262 Tv,Radio & sat socket.
Why can I not receive a Satellite signal. TV OK.
Asked by: Satsad
Hello Satsad,
Could be any number of reasons. Is the aerial receiving a satellite signal? Is the coax cable carrying a satellite signal? Is it properly connected to the module? Is the module securely connected to the TV with the right cable? If you believe the module is faulty you can of course return it for an exchange.
Ideally you should discuss this with an experienced installer who could assess your set up properly.
Thanks for using Q&A, KC.
