Also if you are sensitive to light they do flicker ever so slightly when caught in the side of your vision. Unfortunate I will need to return for a refund when next out.

Are these bulbs compatible with trailing edge or leading edge dimmer switches? I bought one for my lounge along with these bulbs and the lights flicker.

Do these bulbs get hot ?

Hello Chewster, These bulbs are LED meaning the heat produced is considerably less heat than incandescent bulbs but they will still become hot after a period of time. Thank you for using Q&A.

Energy Rating

Why are these now rated as G when they used to be A+?

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. Currently the labels for bulbs range from A++ to E, however most products fall into the highest ratings, making it difficult to determine which products are more energy efficient than others. To make this clearer, the energy ratings are moving to an A to G scale, with A being the highest rating and G being the lowest. Hope that helps. Thank you for using Q&A.
