Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good Installation is easy enough although I’ve seen better crimp connectors available online and there wasn’t enough insulation tape in the box so I had to use standard insulation tape for some of the connectors. Overall happy with the heat, I have it installed in a cabin in the garden which has roof and floor insulation and I’ve no problem maintaining 18/19degrees while working out there, that being said outdoor temps haven’t dropped lower than 6degrees since installation, so I guess the real test will be when temps drop close to zero

Hi, How much electricity does this use? Can you please provide in Watt and in number of units?

Hi there , the system is 120 watts per sqm. For in total use of the 10sqm foil it would be 1200 watts.

vinyl over ply finish

would this product be suitable please for covering with 1/8 inch ply then vinyl finish. also is this suitable for kitchen and if not what is the alternative please. many thanks

Hi there , this system is designed for a click together laminate or engineered wooden floor finish only. It has a IPX1 rating its designed for dry areas so it can be used in your kitchen.

Where is the sensor for this kit

We supply a black hollow conduit pipe this will house the floor sensor. We don't supply floor sensor with the foil kit , we only supply the floor sensor with the controller

Is this sufficient for a conservatory and what additional items will I need other than thermal insulation boards and thermostat?
