Rated 5 out of 5 by from Karcher SP7 dirty water pump Very good name and value for a sump pump. Installed in a boiler room sump and working great. You do however have to start with the float set at it`s highest point and adjust down from there so that the 15 second run-on still leaves the pump part submerged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good pump This pump moves a good amount of water rapidly, the only downside being I have been unable to get an extra hose joint as we have more than one length of hose to use and need to be able to switch from one to the other without removing jubilee clips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best submersible pump This is the best pump by far. Buy cheap buy twice. I wish I'd bought it the first time. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. And its a Karcher.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor sensor AVOID any Karcher pump with electronic level sensor! Float switch operation was 'not broken' so why fix?

Can the pump be left outside?

Asked by: MatthewJames001
Hi MatthewJames001, the SP 7 Dirt Inox should be completely drained and left to dry after use. It should then be stored in a frost-free place. Thanks, Kärcher UK.

Does this pump come with a hose or do I have to buy it separately. And how long is the hose?

Hello TinuO. The Karcher SP7 Dirt does not come with a hose included and this would need to be purchased separately. Kärcher UK

What is the Max Head Height for this pump?

I know it has been asked twice before, but Karcher give two different answers, which is correct? Is it 7m, 8m or something else? It is even shown in the Screwfix item description as a key feature, but with no figure alongside for some reason.
Asked by: sdes
Hello Sdes, The Max depth of immersion for the SP7 is 7m. Karcher UK
