Poor quality
Mis-matched etching on the glazed panels. Lots of burr where the panels have been machined out for the glass. Only noticed after I had cut 25mm off the bottom!

rubbish quality doors
cant believe what poor quality doors these are having used similar before. the aperture around the glass is bowed and splintered, it actually looks its been cut out with a hacksaw with the emphasis on hack! the hard part then is trying get screwfix to come and take them and refund me. if it takes a row to resolve this i would sooner not use screwfix again. if anyone at screwfix actually reads this please feel fee to contact me

good product but glazing fails
The glass has a fake stick on plastic covering on one side to imitate engraving. I bought 4 of these and on 2 this film has air bubbles between glass and plastic, it also scratches easily which cheapens and voids the purpose. Personally I think it should have simply been left as clear glass, for then it would have been easy to clean and paint the unfinished frames. Fitted by Joiner.

Moulding around glass
Can someone tell me if this is finished around the edge of glass panel.or does it need trimming back to square edge as corners are also rounded.dont look finished to me.Also rough edges.Thanks.

Is the etched glass a permanent finish and therefore won’t peel or lift with regular cleaning?

Just bought two half glazed doors anyone got any idea of the easiest way to remove the plastic protection covering the glass as it appears to be tucked under the surrounding frame.

Thank you for contacting JELD-WEN UK.
Please can you provide a little further information - are you referencing the paint and peel film applied on the glass? We advise that you carefully use a tool that can piece away the film at each corner of the glass, this should then make it easier to remove.
Many Thanks

Edge trimming clearance/removal
Door trimming seems rather limited at 6mm off the bottom edge? This does not seem much at all, or am i missing something here. How does this work for any standard flooring clearance.
Asked by: Skippy24
Good afternoon
The door is of hollow core construction with a 25mm framing hence the recommended 6mm trimming from the bottom of the door
Many thanks
