Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best plastic pipe Hep2o is the best plastic pipe hands down. Lays flat off the coil, where the cheaper ones keep trying to curl up again. This stuff is easy to feed under floors etc. Great price from Screwfix too, it’s at least £10 cheaper a coil than other merchants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hep2o quality barrier pipe Great quality barrier pipe, easy to use with sleeves and fittings. pipe easily checked for correct connection with knurled inserts.Just push pipe in fully and forget. Lost count of how many speedfit joints i have been to where the collar hasnt been tightened. Should last a lifetime if installed correctly and dont put strain on fittings make sure the pipe is going in in-line with fitting.

Does this pipe need insulation

Hi AJH1, Thanks for getting in touch. Hep2o barrier pipe would require insulation if installed in an area where there is a risk of freezing. The barrier layer in Hep2o barrier pipe prevents the ingress of oxygen, it is not an insulation layer. Hope this helps, don't hesitate to be in touch if there's anything else you need to know.
