What angle do these hinges open to.
When at the full extent of the open hinges - what angle is the door at - in relation to its closed position?

The hold point is less than 90 degrees from closed. If closed is 6 o'clock, the door holds open at 8/8.30, rather than 9 o'clock.

Closing the hinge.
One opened what mechanism closes the hinge?
Is it simply lifting up to unlock then lowering
or does it simply hold up a specific weight and then any further pressure closes the hinge?

It's spring loaded for top opening cupboards
The spring holds it in open position
Does require a little force to close but is a chunky product
It's NOT a lift up to unlock then lowering
