how much length will this add to gutter

This fitting is 40mm overall but you will lose approximately 20mm when the gutter is clipped into it.

Can this used on 112mm square guttering ?

No where can get a 112mm square gutter end stop, I'm wondering if this half round will fit OK?

The half round external stop end would not be compatible with a square line system. There is a square line stop end available, Screwfix code 57351, which may be compatible.
