Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive, but works well Could have bought a significantly cheaper one by another manufacturer, but no doubt would have snapped quickly, being so small. This cutter, went through hard wood, for hours, like a hot knife through butter. Single fluted doesn't clear chaff away quite so well, but being so small, not really expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent router bit It has worked well so far, especially in knotty old oak. Still sharp too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting Jiggy With it I needed to cut a 3mm wide arc'd dado and bought this to use with a trim router. I had planned to buy a dearer version but I didn't want to wait for delivery so picked this one up within minutes of placing my order online. It didn't look much in its packaging but I figured I'd probably never need it again therefore so long as it did the one job it was bought for then so what? I fitted it into the router and, being such a dainty little thing, I thought I'd start with a shallow pass. I set the depth, positioned it just off the work piece, powered up and stated to arc. I felt nowt, to quote Foffo Spearjig. Thinking maybe I'd set it too shallow, I swung it back, powered off and went to adjust it. I don't have a dust extractor fitted to the trim router but I was still surprised to notice dust on the work piece so I run a vac over it. Doing so, I found a perfectly neat, 3mm wide, 2mm deep trench! I lowered the bit another few mm, powered it up and repeated the process. Again, I felt nothing and after a quick vacthe trench was just as neat but twice as deep. I repeated this twice more to get the depth I wanted and it was so smooth I hardly knew it was working. I have dearer and bigger bits but never have I known one cut so smoothly nor so cleanly. Top marks Erbauer and Screwfix for the service. Speaking of which, the new self service collect in store is so much better and quicker than the previous not bad system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incorrect description This bit is only 11mm long not 14 mm as stated on this page. Don't but it if you need a bit greater than 11mm.
