Cut-out size

Hi, i have heard that there was a 'newer version' that had a slight design tweek, which needed a 103mm cut-out....is this correct? Thanks

Does each light need it's own transformer?

Looking at having two of these to replace two old fittings, can I run two of these lights off one transformer - or does each light need it's own transformer?
