Wondering what the A-D on EC15 and A-E on the EC16 mean on the both blue earth clamps. I'm living in wet condesation house so would anyone chooise the extrenal (Blue) or intrenal (Red) earth clamps??
The EC15 is blue and classified as terminal size A-D 2.5 - 10mm2, Max earth conductor 1 x 10mm2. Whereas the EC16 is green and classified as terminal size A-E 2.5 -16mm2, Max earth conductor 2 x 10mm2. Both BLUE and GREEN clamps are for corrosive or humid conditions. For your reference EC14 is red and classified as terminal size A-D 2.5 - 10mm2, Max earth conductor 1 x 10mm2, suitable for non corrosive dry atmosphere.
