Cool and comfortable
Ideal for the coming summer months if your job requires you to wear high vis. Much better and cooler than having to wear a vest over a normal polo shirt. As others have said, there's no "give" in the reflective strip so you might want to buy 1 size bigger than usual. Other than that I highly recommend.

BEWARE Large = 46 inch Chest is Incorrect Go for the Next size up.
There is no give in the reflective bands, it felt like a Size 38 Chest,
These Shirts are really Good quality and very well made. Will buy more of the proper size.
