No, I would use a polythene vapour barrier that (almost) entirely blocks vapour. You do not typically want to let warm moist air into a flat roof structure assuming it is timber as there is no way for it to get out the top through the fiberglass, and there is a risk the moisture will condense somewhere within the roof structure. I would then aim to ventilate the room to let the moisture laden air out by other means.
