Does the 30ltrs come with additional parts?
On Ariston website the 30ltrs vessel comes supplied with the expansion vessel, Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV), tundish and check valve.
Can you please confirm this unit comes with all of the above?
Asked by: Heretohelp
No.
Must be installed with the Expansion Vessel (Code 21261), Discharge Tundish (Code 79926) and if mains pressure is over 3.5bar then the Pressure Reducing Valve (Code 44939) is also required.

Hot water supply for shower
Hi,
Can I use this to provide the hot water supply to a mixer shower? Will the flow rate keep up or is it likely to give a 'dribble' for a shower?
Can you recommend anything if this isn't suitable?
Asked by: Bitkrusha
Hi,
You can use the unit to supply a mixer shower. The flow rate will depend upon your water pressure, the unit has a maximum of 3.5 Bar.
A 30L model will only give you a few minutes of hot water (at a typical shower flow rate 8-10lt/min) so please consider this before you purchase.
Thanks

Can I use this to replace a hot water cylinder in an airing cupboard?
The customer has an electric shower, so this unit would only be supplying a kitchen sink and basin in bathroom. They want the 30 ltr model and I do have my unvented hot water qualifications

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your question.
Yes the 30 L is subject to G3 Regulations and you'll be able to install it no problem.
As long as the capacity is sufficient for their needs then it'll be suitable (it sounds like it will be more than adequate to serve a kitchen sink and basin).
Just be mindful of expansion requirements (install 2 litre vessel if necessary).
Thanks

under sink placement
Hi there,
I've just read whole g3 specs and I still don't understand why this product cannot be installed under sink. Could you please specify the reason as much as possible? Thanks
Asked by: themaintenanceguy
Hi,
After checking with the technical team, it would seem that as long as the unit is installed and commissioned to G3 specifications it can indeed be installed "under sink".
Thanks
